What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain automation systems and backend services.
• Build lightweight, purpose-built web applications for internal use.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation.
• Analyze and optimize manual processes across different teams.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and operations teams.
• Participate in code reviews and suggest enhancements to tools and infrastructure.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of professional or internship experience in software development.
• A desire to learn about all facets to hirify.global’s business.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• A solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and programming fundamentals.
• Experience or interest in one or more of the following languages: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java.
• A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Curiosity about LLMs and applied AI — prompt design, APIs, or workflow automation.
• Exposure to development environments like Cursor or IDEs that integrate AI tools.
