What you will do

• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for large-scale ML training workloads
• Build developer tools and automation to simplify training and evaluation workflows
• Improve and maintain core infrastructure across multi-cloud environments
• Deploy and manage model hosting systems for inference and data generation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive best practices in reliability, testability, and performance
• Contribute actively to AI model development powering innovative products

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Mountain View, United States with onsite work expectation
• English: B2 level or higher required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of technical engineering experience or equivalent
• Proficiency in coding languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• Experience with CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and ML training workflows

Nice to have

• 12+ years technical experience or Master’s degree with 8+ years experience
• Experience in conversational AI and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF)
