Location: Hybrid onsite - 3 days in office/2 days remote in Charlotte, NC

What you will do

• Improve system reliability and scalability.
• Focus on automation, RPA, chatbots, and AI-driven operations.
• Support large-scale, mission-critical systems.

Requirements

• Must have 2 years minimum SRE experience.
• Must have strong software engineering and operational expertise.
• 2+ years working in banking/finance.
• 5+ years SW development in either Java or Python.
• Experience within JavaScript frameworks (React or Bootstrap).
• 2+ year within Kubernetes/OCP.
• Database knowledge – Oracle, DB2, SQL, MongoDB.
• Observability tools any of the following: Grafana, Prometheus, ELK/Splunk, AppDynamics, Logger, Elastic, Thousandeyes, Aternity.
• 2+ years working in Cloud.

Nice to have

• The ideal candidate will be interested in AI.
