What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of content strategy across Dice's B2B and B2C audiences.
• Produce and manage content across formats including research reports, eBooks, blog content, webinar materials, and email campaigns.
• Oversee the Dice Career Advice blog, managing freelance writers and maintaining editorial quality.
• Partner with the research and insights team to translate data and findings into compelling content assets.
• Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure content is optimized for organic discovery.
• Serve as the internal day-to-day contact for Dice's external PR agency.

Requirements

• Strong command of both B2B and B2C content strategy.
• Creative instinct paired with strategic thinking.
• Strong editorial judgment, with experience managing freelance contributors.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Clear, confident communicator.
