Monitoring & Support Associate China (Fintech)

Location: Shenzhen or Shanghai, China; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Generate reports and monitor important industry metrics.
• Identify anomalies and patterns early to prevent operational incidents from escalating.
• Troubleshoot issues, make operational adjustments, and coordinate timely escalations with other teams.
• Manage customer tickets, questions, and reported issues while following up internally to fulfill SLAs.
• Optimize internal processes and help improve the customer experience.
• Prioritize urgent tasks and maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical processes and requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or current student status.
• Advanced or fluent English required.
• Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a one-hour break.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Proactive, independent, and analytical approach with strong critical-thinking and decision-making skills.
• Experience in payments or the technology industry is a plus.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, databases, or Kibana.
• Experience in the payments or technology industry.
