What you will do

• Build and ship full-stack features across the product.
• Develop a thorough understanding of systems, data models, and business logic.
• Design and build AI agents and automated workflows using modern AI tooling.
• Integrate LLMs into product workflows in ways that are reliable and production-safe.
• Evaluate, iterate, and improve AI systems based on real-world performance.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to solve user-facing problems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
• 1–2 years of hands-on AI engineering experience building and shipping LLM-powered systems in production.
• Experience with at least one major AI orchestration framework such as LangChain, LangGraph, or AWS Bedrock.
• Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), vector databases, RAG pipelines, and agent frameworks.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including system design, testing, debugging, and clean code practices.
• Clear communicator who can work across product and engineering teams.
