TL;DR

Email Marketing Manager: Owning and executing end-to-end email marketing campaigns from ideation to deployment and optimization with an accent on developing and scaling automated, triggered, and lifecycle email flows aligned with business goals. Location: Vilnius (4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote), Kaunas (onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available), Klaipėda, and Riga.

Salary: 2800 – 4000 EUR/month.

What you will do

• Own and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns from ideation to deployment and optimization.
• Develop and scale automated, triggered, and lifecycle email flows aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and marketing teams to drive impactful initiatives.
• Optimize campaign performance through segmentation, personalization, and continuous testing.
• Analyze campaign data and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and actionable insights.
• Maintain and improve subscriber database health through segmentation and list hygiene practices.

Requirements

• Understand core email principles: design, build, deliverability, and performance optimization.
• Be confident working with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Braze, HubSpot, or similar).
• Have solid experience with segmentation, automation, and A/B testing strategies.
• Be data-driven, with the ability to analyze performance and turn insights into action.
• Be comfortable collaborating across teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Have strong written English skills and attention to detail.
