Senior IT Technical Project Manager (Fintech): Managing and coordinating activities within one or more financial projects focused on replacing mainframe-based technologies with an accent on coordinating activities across architects, Mainframe SMEs, business stakeholders, vendors and partners. Focus on facilitating project meetings, ensuring proper reporting structure, and driving collaboration across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Location: Elastic hybrid model from Warsaw (at least 3 days per week from the office)

Salary: 800-1100 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Manage and coordinate activities within one or more projects/workstreams.
• Own and maintain operational plans for assigned projects/workstreams.
• Coordinate required activities with business teams and ensure alignment.
• Report progress, deviations, risks and issues to the programme management.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure proper reporting structure.
• Drive collaboration across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Hands-on experience with IBM Mainframe (z/OS) environments.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work across domains and countries.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with technology conversion projects (from one technology to another).
• Knowledge of Broadcom/CA.
