What you will do

• Structure, prioritize, and manage the full portfolio of global expansion initiatives.
• Lead high-impact projects end-to-end, including analytics rollouts, product launches, and process improvements.
• Co-own expansion budget performance, monitoring MRR targets and sales funnel metrics.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders including Data, Product, Sales, and local market teams.
• Drive structured problem-solving to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
• Ensure strategic initiatives are scoped, validated, and effectively embedded in local markets.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of professional experience in project management, consulting, or strategy.
• Proven ability to drive budget execution in fast-paced high-growth environments.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must already have the legal right to work in the country of residence or role location (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Experience managing a portfolio of initiatives or working in a PMO-like function.
• Background in SaaS, marketplace business models, or consulting.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) or analytical skills (SQL, Python).
• Experience in healthcare or technology environments.
• Understanding of pricing and packaging optimization initiatives.
