What you will do

• Manage multiple functional or technical delivery tracks within the ERP transformation program.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external implementation partners.
• Guide agile teams through all project phases while ensuring clear objective alignment.
• Monitor and communicate project progress, including proactive risk and issue management.
• Foster a culture of continuous process improvement and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide regular status updates to management and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in Copenhagen, Denmark
• 3+ years of professional project management experience
• Proven experience with ERP programs, preferably in Finance modules
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies and project management toolboxes
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Familiarity with business applications and SaaS platforms
• Master’s degree in a relevant field
