What you will do

• Own and manage change and release management processes within the program.
• Act as the single point of contact for all change-related activities.
• Manage change processes for both business process and technical changes.
• Coordinate and facilitate required changes with application development teams.
• Ensure change and release management activities are executed in line with the bank’s internal processes and guidelines.
• Coordinate information sharing and facilitate upskilling activities for relevant users.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in change and release management.
• Experience in business analysis and change impact assessment.
• Banking sector experience.
• Knowledge and experience working with z/OS mainframe environments.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience facilitating information sharing and upskilling activities.
• Experience in Broadcom/CA Technologies tools.
