What you will do

• Support Scrum teams in their daily work, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and effective Scrum meetings.
• Create, implement, and improve Agile processes based on team and company needs.
• Remove obstacles that slow down the team and encourage self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Coach and mentor development teams, Product Owners, and junior Scrum Masters.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and leaders to maintain project transparency and ensure successful Agile adoption across the organization.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, including managing multiple Scrum teams.
• Good knowledge of Agile methods and practical experience.
• Ability to create, implement, and improve Agile processes for different teams and projects.
• Experience working on large projects or in large companies, including Agile transformations.
• Scrum Master certification such as PSM II/III, CSP-SM, or similar.
• Fluent English (at least B2 level).
