What you will do

• Manage, support, and coordinate QA efforts across conventional lab sites.
• Assure quality systems and testing processes comply with regulatory standards and customer expectations.
• Implement quality improvements to enhance lab compliance efforts and promote operational excellence.
• Assist site locations in drafting responses to audit reports from customers and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure laboratory staff and management are current with industry regulations and compliance news.
• Lead projects designed to measure specific quality parameters and provide organized information to corporate officers and department heads.

Requirements

• 5+ years of environmental laboratory experience with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
• Thorough knowledge of environmental regulatory standards and programs.
• Proven expertise in QA methodologies, testing frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in science related field (or equivalent in training + experience).
• Minimum 5 years experience in a TNI or ISO 17025 laboratory setting.
