What you will do
- Design, develop, and implement testing methods and equipment to ensure product performance.
- Create test plans, scripts, and scenarios for functional, regression, and deployment testing.
- Compile data, define required changes, and report defects discovered during the test process.
- Consult with development and requirements teams to coordinate and validate application functionality.
- Monitor test process improvement through failure, throughput, and yield analysis.
- Produce detailed reports on test activities and track key metrics for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 5 - 8 years of experience or commensurate experience.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident with 3 years of continuous U.S. residency.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Suitability/Public Trust clearance.
- Experience with Jira or other industry-standard test management tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
