Salary: $115,000 – $160,000 USD

What you will do

• Define and communicate a comprehensive quality strategy aligned with product roadmaps and company objectives.
• Lead and mentor managers and cross-discipline teams across SQA, test automation, and release management.
• Drive the responsible integration of AI-assisted testing and quality analytics to improve efficiency.
• Establish clear quality signals and visibility standards to inform release readiness and risk management.
• Champion modern testing approaches, tools, and CI/CD integration to ensure delivery speed and software reliability.
• Oversee end-to-end device, system, and hardware integration validation practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–10+ years of experience in software quality engineering with ownership of test strategy and release governance.
• 5+ years of experience leading managers and multi-discipline engineering teams.
• Proven ability to scale quality practices across distributed, cloud-based, and hardware-integrated platforms.
• Deep understanding of modern testing, automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship available.
