Test Engineer (UAT)

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 Annually

What you will do

• Own the full UAT lifecycle, including strategy development, scenario design, and execution.
• Liaise between project teams and business stakeholders to align testing goals.
• Design, develop, and implement functional, regression, and deployment test plans.
• Compile data, document defects, and produce executive-level reports and dashboards.
• Facilitate status meetings, risk reviews, and post-mortem sessions.
• Improve testing processes through throughput and yield analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience or commensurate professional background.
• Minimum of 5 years of specialized UAT experience.
• Strong expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Jira, and Confluence.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident with 3 years of uninterrupted U.S. residency.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Strong public speaking and stakeholder facilitation skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with advanced Jira JQL for test management.
