What you will do

• Monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate project resources and information flow across teams.
• Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings, documenting minutes and action items.
• Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and potential bottlenecks.
• Prepare reports and presentations for project management support.
• Maintain project documentation accuracy and compliance with standards.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or management.
• Experience using ServiceNow for task and workflow management.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, data centers, and network terminology.
• Must work on W2 basis only (no C2C or 1099).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting network or communication tower-related projects.
• Knowledge of purchase order creation and tracking.
