What you will do
- Define and own the regional server strategy, translating global roadmaps into actionable initiatives.
- Lead competitive displacement and go-to-market execution to accelerate pipeline growth.
- Collaborate with sales, partners, and vendors to strengthen enablement and platform standardization.
- Track and optimize KPIs to ensure maximum ROI and market mindshare.
- Act as a strategic leader influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree level of working and thinking.
- Experience in enterprise IT, data center, or infrastructure solution strategy.
- Proven track record of managing vendor funding programs and driving pipeline growth.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- English language proficiency required.

- Experience with workload adoption KPIs.
- Background in platform positioning and hardware infrastructure.
