Location: Must be based in Paris, France (Office-based)

What you will do

  • Coordinate and track cross-functional projects related to diversity, inclusion, and accessibility.
  • Prepare internal materials, reports, and workshop content for stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry trends in diversity, inclusion, and accessibility.
  • Support Employee Resource Group (ERG) and Social Impact initiatives.
  • Create and coordinate content for internal communication channels.

Requirements

  • Must be a student currently pursuing a degree in project management, communications, social impact, media, or cultural industries.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Miro, and project management toolkits.
  • Strong analytical mindset and methodological rigor.
  • Interest in video game/entertainment industries and intercultural issues.
