What you will do

• Own end-to-end customer program delivery from contract signature to successful operation.
• Ensure programs are delivered on time, on budget, and on target through rigorous KPI monitoring.
• Act as the primary interface between strategic customers and internal R&D/Engineering teams.
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships, including executive-level communication.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to project scope, technical feasibility, and schedule.
• Support Sales and Account Management in identifying upsell and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in customer-facing project or program management.
• Proven track record delivering high-value technical programs with direct revenue impact.
• English and French proficiency required for daily operations.
• Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science.
• Ability to operate in high-uncertainty deeptech or R&D environments.
• Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience in quantum computing, HPC, or advanced computing ecosystems.
• Strong commercial mindset and experience managing project margins.
