What you will do

• Monitor performance across global carriers and shipping types
• Analyze logistics and shipment data to identify trends, issues, and anomalies
• Act as a subject-matter expert for shipping operations and logistics
• Translate operational shipping needs into clear technical requirements
• Improve internal documentation regarding shipping constraints and practices
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine carrier integrations

Requirements

• Proven experience in shipping and logistics within an e-commerce or marketplace environment in the EU
• Strong practical understanding of carrier operations and customs workflows
• Demonstrated ability to interpret logistics and tracking data
• Analytical mindset with the ability to manage responsibilities independently
• Strong communication skills for translating technical findings into business insights
