What you will do

• Align project activities with business change objectives and oversee selection and planning processes.
• Direct and coordinate complex projects from initial contract or proposal through to final operational deployment.
• Schedule, monitor, and provide regular reporting on project milestones and activities.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to translate business requirements into actionable operational plans.
• Monitor and review project economics, including costs, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Evaluate existing project management practices and initiate improvements to organizational standards.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (C1 equivalent).
• Strong experience working within a matrix management environment and coordinating resources.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and inform critical business decisions.
• Rigorous organizational skills with a focus on structured analysis and detailed follow-up.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a willingness to engage in granular technical and operational details.
• Deep customer focus with the ability to anticipate and meet stakeholder needs.
