What you will do
- Build and refine dashboards and reporting tools to track performance and spot opportunities.
- Streamline team workflows by identifying bottlenecks and eliminating manual processes.
- Run and optimize seller incentive programs to ensure they're fair and effective.
- Act as the data quality guardian, ensuring business reviews and decisions are backed by accurate data.
- Partner with Analytics, Product, and commercial teams to design scalable solutions.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve processes.
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- 3 to 5 years of experience in business operations, sales operations, business intelligence, or equivalent operational roles.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Strong sense of ownership and a positive learning attitude.
- Good organization and communication skills.
- A track record of supporting commercial or account management teams with processes, tools, or performance tracking.
- Genuine curiosity about AI, automation, and how to improve processes.
Nice to have
- Experience with marketplace or e-commerce operations.
- Background in designing seller or partner programs.
