What you will do

• Architect and evolve test frameworks and tooling focused on scalability and maintainability.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines targeting physical hardware, simulators, and emulators.
• Create representative machine learning workloads to validate numerical accuracy and performance.
• Collaborate with development teams to set high standards for engineering best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and identify gaps in existing test strategies.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK is mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in Python for production environments.
• Solid experience with CI/CD systems and automated testing workflows.
• Strong background in Linux and low-level code debugging (C/C++).
• Proven experience in software design and architecture within complex systems.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical direction.

Nice to have

• Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow.
• Knowledge of distributed workload management like Kubernetes.
