Senior Test Engineer

Location: Hybrid (Manchester, UK). Minimum of 50% of working time per month spent in the office. Initial period of full-time office working required.

What you will do

• Work with the team to design and deliver high-quality products.
• Fix, maintain, and write new automation tests for websites and APIs.
• Carry out testing across a wide range of processes and systems, including UI, API, back office processes, 3rd party systems, and integrations.
• Create and implement appropriate test automation approaches to complement manual testing.
• Identify opportunities for testing improvement and explore suitable testing solutions.
• Support User Acceptance Testing and release to Production.

Requirements

• Understand and interpret business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Experience with various testing tools to meet test requirements.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Experience in e-commerce and/or financial services.
