What you will do

• Define and implement DFT architecture and features for next-generation AI designs.
• Work with design, verification, and product engineering teams to integrate DFT requirements.
• Develop efficient DFT flows and methodology compatible with silicon design flows.
• Generate structural test vectors, analyze, and improve test coverage.
• Work with 3rd party IPs to integrate design into the DFT infrastructure.
• Support silicon bring-up and perform post-silicon failure analysis to enhance yield.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK with the right to work (no visa sponsorship).
• Strong understanding of DFT components including JTAG, IJTAG, Core Test, and Test Compression.
• Experience developing DFT specifications and driving implementation.
• Solid understanding of pre-silicon verification methodologies for DFT features.
• Hands-on experience with Verilog RTL coding and familiar with System Verilog.
• Proficiency in scripting and debugging using Python, TCL, Perl, or Shell.

Nice to have

• Experience with MBIST and BISR implementation.
• Exposure to STA constraints development and SDF simulations.
• Familiarity with Synopsys VCS and Verdi tools.
