What you will do

• Serve as a strategic partner to C-level executives to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Lead and coordinate complex cross-functional projects across product, engineering, and sales.
• Streamline internal workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare executive meetings, board presentations, and strategic planning sessions.
• Analyze market trends and internal data to guide business decisions.
• Represent leadership in key stakeholder meetings and foster a high-performance culture.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced environments
• At least 2+ years in a strategic role like Chief of Staff, Operations, or Consulting
• Proven track record of scaling operations and leading cross-functional teams
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work in-person at our NYC office
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
