What you will do

• Participate in a product-driven engineering culture that maximizes user impact.
• Solve technical challenges of high scope and complexity across the platform.
• Own the full implementation of new features from proposal to production.
• Develop scalable solutions using a serverless philosophy.
• Define and advocate for internal standards, style, and engineering best practices.
• Provide mentorship to fellow engineers to help them grow and remove technical blockers.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Europe (+/- 3 hours timezone).
• Deep experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.
• Proficiency in serverless architecture and web application delivery.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization, data synchronization, and caching.
• Product-oriented mindset with experience owning projects from concept to completion.
• Commitment to transparent teamwork and open-source-style collaboration.
