Salary: $175,000–$200,000

What you will do
- Serve as the Strategy Lead on key workstreams, owning creative platforms and activation plans.
- Manage and mentor Strategists, providing direction to help them build and sell successful plans.
- Develop high-quality strategy decks with elevated design, layout, and compelling storytelling.
- Lead new business RFP processes in collaboration with Account, Creative, and Production teams.
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, shaping brand vision and roadmap development.
- Improve department operations through process implementation and strategy team growth.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in creative or brand strategy roles within agencies, brands, or tech.
- 3–5 years of direct management experience leading and growing team members.
- Extensive experience building full strategy presentations including copy, flow, and design.
- Exceptional pitching, storytelling, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Slides for high-speed, high-quality deck creation.
- Must be authorized to work in the US; no sponsorship available.
