What you will do

• Lead and execute the product roadmap for core applications including Yardi, Blueprint, and Viewpoint.
• Oversee data governance, integration strategies, and the implementation of master data management (MDM) practices.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors, monitoring SLAs, performance, and security standards.
• Lead a team of configuration and technical specialists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
• Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, bridging the gap between business needs and technical capabilities.
• Monitor application performance and oversee incident management and remediation efforts.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in technology, data management, or application management within financial services.
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership capacity managing cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of delivering integrated application solutions and data strategies using ETL tools and middleware.
• Familiarity with financial systems such as eFront, Yardi, Viewpoint, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of data governance, quality, and lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
