What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain secure systems and networks in mixed Windows, Linux development environments in a mixture of on-prem, AWS and Azure.
• Develop and implement security measures, policies, and procedures to protect systems and networks against unauthorized access, data breaches, and other security incidents according to industry best practices.
• Monitor and analyze security logs and events, and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.
• Conduct security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, industry best practices, and organizational security policies.
• Automate routine tasks using the right tool for the job whether that’s an automation platform or scripts.
• Resolve any system-related problems that may arise in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience working with the AWS platform.
• Expert in both Windows and Linux system administration in an Enterprise environment.
• Exceptional network trouble shooting ability.
• A self-starter, can work solo or as part of a large geographically spread team.
• Experienced with all facets of life working in an Enterprise sized company.
• Someone who can bring the benefit of their experience and knowledge to the team to help us succeed.
