Location: Hybrid in Santa Clara, California

Salary: $168,000 - $210,000

What you will do

  • Proactively evolve hirify.global’s global brand as a strategic visionary.
  • Manage the creative process from concept to completion.
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies and deliverables.
  • Manage a creative staff of internal designers and/or external design agencies.
  • Develop and manage the company’s brand and creative guidelines and standards.
  • Review work, troubleshoot, and provide feedback to creative teams.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of hands-on experience in creative design, preferably in B2B technology, with at least 4 years serving as a creative lead.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Experience Manager tools and workflows.
  • Proven track record designing and leading teams that deliver award-winning work.
  • Experience performing and/or managing a range of creative roles, including graphic design, art direction, presentation design, and copywriting.
  • Expert knowledge of the business side of design.
  • Proven skill in developing and delivering well-designed websites and online marketing campaigns.
