What you will do

• Lead the briefing, concepting, and execution of cross-channel marketing initiatives.
• Provide hands-on creative guidance and copy direction to ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Collaborate with Art partners and strategy teams to translate complex data and science into compelling narratives.
• Mentor and develop junior staff through consistent feedback and training on agency procedures.
• Present creative work to clients, effectively articulating a clear point of view and strategic rationale.
• Stay current on global creative trends, technological tools, and competitive marketplace insights.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a creative role within a well-established agency.
• Proven track record of managing large, complex, client-facing projects.
• Advanced writing and presentation skills.
• Experience working across all advertising channels.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid environment based in the New York area.
• Comfortable interpreting data and science within the healthcare/wellness category.
