Account Manager (Energy): Managing the full sales lifecycle for utility-scale energy storage solutions with an accent on building long-term partnerships and driving order intake. Focus on coordinating cross-functional deal teams, navigating complex B2B sales cycles, and ensuring consistent customer satisfaction throughout project delivery.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid: 2-3 days in office)

What you will do

  • Drive quarterly and annual sales targets by managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle.
  • Lead bid strategies, proposal development, and customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders at utility-scale accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery, product, and finance teams to ensure high-quality service.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and pipeline updates in CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in sales, account management, or commercial roles within the energy, renewables, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven track record of closing complex B2B deals.
  • English fluency is mandatory.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional deal teams indirectly.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Amsterdam.
