Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid: 2-3 days in office)

What you will do
- Drive quarterly and annual sales targets by managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle.
- Lead bid strategies, proposal development, and customer engagement.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders at utility-scale accounts.
- Collaborate with internal delivery, product, and finance teams to ensure high-quality service.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate documentation and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in sales, account management, or commercial roles within the energy, renewables, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven track record of closing complex B2B deals.
- English fluency is mandatory.
- Ability to lead cross-functional deal teams indirectly.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Amsterdam.
