Salary: $180,000 - $275,000 per year

What you will do

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define requirements and implement infrastructure solutions.
• Develop foundational infrastructure, tooling, and automation that are scalable, reliable, and secure.
• Enhance site reliability best practices in partnership with backend development teams.
• Manage and optimize a complex multi-region environment.
• Create service-level tooling for productionization, data migrations, and system hardening.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response to maintain system health.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in software, site reliability, or platform engineering.
• Strong expertise in designing and maintaining systems that ensure high availability and fault tolerance.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Proficiency in administering GCP cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues related to CI/CD, monitoring, and cloud configuration.
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
