What you will do

• Price reinsurance treaties and support the European book of business across various lines.
• Develop and refine Specialty Casualty pricing models to maintain competitive excellence.
• Analyze portfolio profitability and provide actionable recommendations to underwriting management.
• Collaborate with global offices on reserving, ERM, and CAT modeling synergies.
• Mentor and develop junior team members within the actuarial department.
• Represent the company in client visits, broker meetings, and industry marketing events.

Requirements

• Qualified or nearly-qualified Actuary from a globally recognized actuarial body.
• 10+ years of actuarial pricing experience with at least 3 years specifically in reinsurance.
• Proven expertise in Casualty and Financial Lines pricing.
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS, Solvency II, and capital management.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of another European language is an asset.

Nice to have

• Programming skills in Python, R, or SQL.
• Prior exposure to CAT modeling and portfolio management.
