What you will do

• Partner with commercial functions to provide strategic advisory and design high-impact solutions.
• Lead discovery workshops to understand client talent priorities and operationalize hirify.global’s offerings.
• Design engagement strategies for large global organizations in partnership with marketing teams.
• Create solutions using diverse coaching formats, content configuration, and assessments.
• Advise on and design measurement strategies to demonstrate the return on investment of coaching initiatives.
• Collaborate with insights teams to report on project results and business outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR, Learning and Development consulting, or Solutions Consulting.
• Masters degree in Organizational Psychology or a related field.
• Experience consulting with senior-level stakeholders across various industries.
• Proven international experience in a professional context.
• Strong consultative approach with a collaborative mindset.
