What you will do

• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, retention, and referral programs.
• Develop lifecycle marketing strategies to enhance user activation and lifetime value.
• Implement data-driven approaches using segmentation, personalization, and automation.
• Analyze user behavior and campaign KPIs to iterate and improve marketing effectiveness.
• Conduct A/B testing and performance optimizations across regional channels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, content, and operations teams to ensure campaign alignment.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or campaign management.
• Analytical mindset with proven experience in user behavior analysis and retention.
• Expertise in segmentation, marketing automation, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
• Strong interest in cryptocurrencies, blockchain, and fintech sectors.
