What you will do

• Manage USDe backing assets, including spot digital assets, derivatives, and DeFi deployments.
• Execute trades via in-house algorithms while adhering to strict risk parameters.
• Collaborate with the global trading team to ensure coverage during working hours (US or Asia) and extended time windows as needed.
• Contribute to the roadmap and prioritization of trading tooling features for engineering.
• Monitor real-time market risks, including liquidity, volatility, and counterparty exposure.
• Provide regular performance updates and market insights to the Head of Trading.

Requirements

• Senior trader level or higher in electronic or quantitative trading.
• Professional experience in cryptocurrency markets (perpetual contracts and spot trading).
• Hands-on experience with crypto exchange APIs (e.g., Binance, Bybit, Okx, Deribit, Bitget).
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, trade evaluation, or backtesting (Pandas, NumPy).
• Ability to work in a high-paced, high-integrity environment with strong communication skills.
