What you will do

• Define and execute the strategic vision and P&L management for the Global Markets division.
• Lead a team of 20+ professionals and Managing Directors to scale the business.
• Oversee institutional-scale balance sheets and optimize capital allocation for high-efficiency liquidity.
• Partner with Risk and Compliance teams to maintain robust risk mandates and market guardrails.
• Drive commercial synergy with sales leadership to align product offerings with institutional client needs.
• Navigate and architect a division compliant with the highest standards of governance for an IPO-grade organization.

Requirements

• 12-15+ years of senior leadership in Global Markets or Prime Services at a top-tier investment bank, hedge fund, or crypto platform.
• Direct experience managing a business unit with $100M+ in annual revenue.
• Proven experience building and managing a team of 20+ professionals.
• Deep expertise in Spot, Prime Financing, and Derivatives.
• Must be able to work within the United States.
• Strong background in institutional-scale balance sheet management.

Nice to have

• MBA or CFA qualification.
• Experience in companies navigating towards an IPO or significant liquidity event.
