What you will do

• Orchestrate non-standard, complex trade vetting and lifecycle management across multiple trading desks.
• Partner with Front, Middle, and Back Office teams to design and implement scalable operational workflows.
• Manage risk-mitigation frameworks and ensure alignment with global regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Oversee counterparty relationships and documentation, including ISDA, CSA, GMRA, and MSLA agreements.
• Lead the internal New Product Committee to evaluate operational, legal, and compliance impacts of new offerings.
• Drive infrastructure upgrades and capacity planning in collaboration with the technology team.

Requirements

• Strong background in Global Markets, specifically Spot, Prime Financing, and Derivatives.
• Deep expertise in operational risk management and regulatory compliance for financial services.
• Proven ability to architect business frameworks and integrate technical infrastructure with product development.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills for documenting execution roadmaps and business plans.
• Experience managing cross-functional collaborations with Sales, Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams.
• Ability to operate effectively in a 24/7 global market environment.
