What you will do

• Develop and maintain critical smart contracts for the SVM environment.
• Build and manage monitoring systems for deployed protocol infrastructure.
• Collaborate with auditors to ensure code security and protocol robustness.
• Dive into complex technical areas across both smart contract and non-contract layers.
• Support the scaling and performance optimization of high-frequency trading products.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the office in New York City.
• Proven experience building and maintaining SVM smart contracts in production.
• Expertise in working with the Anchor framework and native Solana development.
• Deep understanding of low-level SVM concepts and protocol internals.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with security auditors.
• High agency and a team-first attitude towards cross-functional engineering challenges.

Nice to have

• Professional background in quantitative trading or decentralized finance (DeFi).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS.
