What you will do

• Develop, implement, and maintain high-performance trading algorithms and models for Crypto markets.
• Collaborate with traders and quantitative analysts to translate trading strategies into efficient Java code.
• Optimize existing trading systems for maximum speed, reliability, and scalability.
• Integrate new data sources and ensure data integrity for accurate model input.
• Monitor and troubleshoot live trading systems to ensure minimal downtime.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Requirements

• Experience working in algorithmic trading environments using Java.
• Knowledge of tick data analytics and real-time market data processing.
• Proven experience developing and implementing quantitative models and trading algorithms.
• Experience with high-frequency and low-latency trading systems.
• Background working on an FX or Cryptocurrency trading desk.
• Experience integrating and executing strategies on DeFi platforms such as SOL and ETH.

Nice to have

• Deep experience in the DeFi or crypto space.
• Experience with market making or Market Making as a Service (MMaaS).
• Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, GCP) or DevOps processes.
• Exposure to regulatory or compliance-driven environments.
