Salary: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00

What you will do

• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and serve as a champion for fintech partners.
• Balance quantitative data with qualitative customer insights to inform product decisions.
• Partner with design and engineering to own an ambitious product roadmap—from 0→1 innovation to continuous improvement and scaling.
• Navigate across product surfaces (growth, risk, core product) and platforms (mobile and web) to create a unified experience.
• Drive accountability and hold yourself and others accountable in service of great work.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management or engineering roles.
• Proven experience building great software with responsibilities driving prioritization, timelines, and tradeoffs.
• Technical proficiency and effectiveness working with engineers.
• Successfully launched products on web or mobile platforms.
• Experience with directly regulated products in banking, insurance, wealth management, or treasury at a growth-stage company.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards for execution and customer experience.

Nice to have

• Experience building online banking platforms and/or API-driven products.
• Understanding of business banking segments (sole proprietors, small businesses, commercial clients).
• Proficiency with JIRA or similar project management tools.
