Requirements

• Four or more years of professional experience in a full-time engineering manager role.
• Strong decision maker who effectively balances ambiguity, available data, speed, and quality.
• Experience developing or driving engineering-wide initiatives.
• Prior experience managing complex, long-term projects.
• Effective communicator and story-teller.
• Open to using AI to amplify skills.
