What you will do
- Drive operational excellence by optimizing product development workflows, team rituals, and cross-functional coordination.
- Lead program execution for complex product operations initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timely delivery.
- Improve tooling and automation by identifying, implementing, and maintaining systems that streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
- Analyze reporting and metrics to generate insights and partner with Business Analysts on improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication across product, design, engineering, marketing, and customer success.
- Collaborate globally with distributed teams across time zones and cultural contexts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or a similar role, ideally in a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven track record of leading and scaling operational processes in cross-functional product organizations.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, and Coupa, plus data/reporting platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Google Sheets).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define and track operational KPIs.
- Systems-thinking mindset with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and strategic perspective.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with change management practices.
- Exposure to technical domains (e.g., automation, AI/ML, personalization, analytics) is a plus.
