What you will do

• Design and maintain PDE (Product, Design, Engineering) operating rhythms, including roadmap reviews, product councils, and launch cadences.
• Develop automated tools and self-serve data systems to provide transparency into execution and product performance.
• Identify and resolve coordination gaps and unclear decision-making processes across cross-functional teams.
• Scale best practices for coordination and execution company-wide in partnership with other operational leads.
• Translate complex, ambiguous data into actionable insights for diverse audiences, from ICs to executives.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in US time zones
• Proven experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Management Consulting, or Strategy & Operations within a B2B environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience running cross-functional projects and influencing strategic direction.
• Ability to drive alignment and facilitate decisions among technical and executive stakeholders.
• Expertise in building programs from the ground up with a results-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset.

Nice to have

• Consulting background combined with 1–2 years of Product Management experience.
• Startup or founder experience building processes from scratch.
• Technical proficiency in SQL or data modeling.
• Experience with developer platforms, API infrastructure, or B2B technical products.
• Familiarity with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).
