Trade Marketing Manager (Retail): Driving and scaling retail marketing initiatives in third-party retail across the UK & Ireland with an accent on planning, design, execution, and performance analysis of in-store and online marketing initiatives. Focus on delivering cohesive marketing strategies to drive sell-through in retail and via distribution partners, to support the growth of ’s regional brand presence.
Location: Must reside in either Ireland or the UK.

What you will do
- Develop and execute omnichannel trade marketing plans to drive awareness, acquisition, and engagement through retail and distribution channels in UK & Ire.
- Localise global marketing initiatives and assets to align with regional market trends, cultural nuances, and retail partner needs.
- Brief, create and deploy effective point-of-sale (POS) materials, in-store displays, ATL and digital activation across social, CRM and online platforms.
- Plan and execute trade and retail events to enhance brand visibility, drive sell-through, and support product launches across the region.
- Monitor account and activity performance, leveraging sales and market insights to inform trade marketing strategies, optimize partner pipelines, and maximize ROI across omni-channel efforts.
- Partner with Sales, Brand Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Creative teams to build and deliver integrated campaigns, promotional plans, and training initiatives that elevate ’s in-store and digital presence.
Requirements
- Fluent in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication is essential.
- 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, brand marketing, or retail marketing, ideally within the healthtech, consumer electronics, or premium consumer goods space.
- Experience with distributor and third party retail partner relationships in the UK & Ire, including support for in-store activations and events.
- Deep understanding of the UK & Ire with proven experience adapting marketing strategies to local market dynamics and consumer behaviors.
- Proven ability to execute high-quality omni-channel campaigns across in-store and online activations.
- Applicant must reside in either Ireland or the UK.
