Location: Mexico, Remote. Availability to work in US CST/EST time zones

What you will do
- Partner with sales ops, sales leadership, and operations to elicit, document, and prioritize Salesforce requirements.
- Own day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user management, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security model.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards for sales leadership covering pipeline, activity, conversion, and forecasting.
- Configure and deploy Agentforce AI agents within Sales Cloud, building agent actions, prompt templates, and grounding data.
- Collaborate with the operations and sales functions and the broader technology organization.
Requirements
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) required.
- 5+ years hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a Sales Cloud environment.
- Demonstrated business analysis experience, requirements gathering, user story writing, and stakeholder facilitation.
- Deep expertise building reports and dashboards for sales leadership.
- Hands-on Agentforce experience building, configuring, and deploying AI agents in Sales Cloud.
- Availability to work in US CST/EST time zones
Nice to have
- CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM) hands-on experience.
- Light Apex knowledge or experience coordinating developer handoffs when declarative limits are reached.
- Experience with API-based CRM integrations (REST/JSON).
- Background in PEO, HCM, or payroll industry.
- Experience in a PE-backed, growth-stage technology organization.
