What you will do

• Configure and customize Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud to support retail execution, visit planning, and promotion management.
• Design and maintain data models, validation rules, and automation using Flows and declarative tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, high-performance solutions.
• Support system integrations between CGC and external enterprise systems or other Salesforce clouds.
• Manage data quality, perform migration activities, and support UAT and troubleshooting.
• Drive user adoption by providing training, documentation, and system best practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
• Practical experience with Salesforce Core (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud) and Consumer Goods Cloud.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data models, Flows, permissions, and declarative configuration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be located within the listed European regions.

Nice to have

• Experience with integrations, APIs, and ETL tools.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, CGC-related).
